Are there any games specifically written for the tinyscreen+?  I blew away the Flappy Birds that came with the board.  Is it possible to download that game?

Is it possible to use the joystick with a tinyscreen+?  Although the page mentions its not compatible, its not clear why it won't work.  Is the lipo battery connector and USB connector in the way?  Is it possible to sandwich another board in between the tinyscreen+ and the joystick board to make it all work?
