What happend to the Ethernet shield

Guys I have 4 Ethernet shields and I have forgothen how to program them.

Where is the documentation about the Ethernet shields?
At the very least I need to know which pins are used for the Ethernet shield.

Missed this- my understanding is that fewer than 50 Ethernet shields made it into the wild during the original Kickstarter, so it's not well documented. I do have the schematic(Eagle/PDF) and board file, hopefully this can get you started.
