-Lithium Ion Polymer Battery - 3.7V 270mAh
-Tiny Battery Charger
-TinyScreen+ (Processor, OLED & USB in one)
-MicroSd card

I it possible or I need any other element?

That hardware can definitely do it. The software should be compatible as well, but may need some small changes- let me know if you run into issues.
