Would the HopeRF RF95W (http://www.hoperf.com/rf_transceiver/lora/RFM95W.html) be too big for a tiny shield?

Could a tiny shield be made only from the Semtech SX1276? http://www.semtech.com/wireless-rf/rf-transceivers/sx1276/
