Replacement of damaged device.

Hi, all.

I just want to share my experience.
My OLED display board was able to work 2-3 days only.
Then it stopped and I asked the support team for the replacement.

The support team (Ken personally) answered me in 30-40 minutes after of my mail!
A damaged device has been replaced. All was done fast and without extra troubles.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I came to this board because my Tinyscreen stopped working all of a sudden. I wrote an email to the support to ask for a replacement board. Thanks!

This just happened to me as well, Working just fine and then went black after 3 days of use. I love this little screen I hope it will get replaced quickly! It was replaced inside a week! No charge. Amazing!
