Hi My Tiny Tv kit should be arriving soon. Is the Tiny TV player already installed on the card? If so, then all I'll have to do is convert my videos with the CONVERTER, and put them on the disk correct?

Yes, that's right. The TinyTV software is pre-loaded here on the hardware and comes with a few example videos on the SD Card so you can see the full functionality after putting the kit together. All you should need to do to get your videos on the card is to use the TSV Converter and drop and drag the converted files.
