Just received my TinyScreen+, I'm using IDE 1.8.5, I followed exactly the instructions on https://tinycircuits.com/blogs/learn/158833543-tinyscreen-setup

Tried it on my Windows 10 machine - Port menu item is grayed out , looked under 'device manager' and couldn't find the device.

I tried again the full setup on my MAC  - under port - I can see 2 items (Bluetooth and NAXANE), none of them is the board.

I also tried powering off/on and resetting the board - did not help
What's next? my feeling is that the board is dead.

OK, problrm solved.
When you waqnt to reset your TinyScreen, you should turn it on while holding down the button closest to the USB connector 

A reset solved my issue
