I am currently using Tinyduino LED matrix + TinyDuino processor + Temperature Humidity Sensor so I cannot attach the proto board shield. Is there an alternative to the proto board so that I can connect a switch to the tinyduino.

You could use the proto board with the headers mounted on it... it has feed-through connectors.
