New Product Ideas / SMS Shield

I need a SMS Shield with only SMS functionality, without 3G/4G, without voice, without any plugs.
In order to tele-control my board using my cell phone, or using an specific purpose application that I can develop to control and receive feedback from the tinyduino through SMS.
