TinyTV & Tiny Video Player / 0.96" 160x80 TFT compatible or plan for higher resolution display?

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to use a higher resolution display with the TinyTV shield and video player.
for example: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-mini-tft-0-dot-96-inch-180x60-breakout

Is there a display upgrade planned for the TinyTV?
Or is there a way to make the TinyTV workable with such an display?
