TinyLily / Power regulated at all?

I'm relatively new to electronics, so bear with me here! If I use a 3.7 volt battery to power the tiny-lily and then hook up a sensor that can take a maximum 3.6v, does the lily produce a clean 3.3v output or am I unregulated and going to blow the sensor?
