Never mind got it working, the directions from TinyCircuits seems wrong.

Board = "Arduino Pro or Pro Mini"
Processor = "ATmega328P (3.3V, 8 MHz)"

I did not see this in the docs but in a YouTube video... maybe I missed something but didn't look like it.

I can't upload any sketch to the "TINYSCREEN VIDEO GAME KIT".

No device found on COM5
An error occurred while uploading the sketch

Board = "TinyScreen+"
Port = "COM5"
Programmer = "AVRISP mkII" (the directions DON'T tell you what one to use FYI)
