Where do I get some spare side buttons and metal covers and how do they fit on correctly.

Thanks

Hi,
I cant get a video to play correctly on my screen. When I put the card in and turn it on its all flickering. If I pull the card out the screen freezes and I can see what looks like 6 screens  or 3 video freezes side by side.

Can I have help with a working video file so I can test my device or some help to get it working please.

Thanks
