Thankfully I ordered three of these units (for friends, or office, etc.).  One of them - by chance the first one I opened - shipped with two screens and no battery.

I pulled a battery from the second package to get it running.  LOVE it - can not wait for the video converter!

In the meantime, can I ship this back in exchange for a battery?  I'm guessing the difference in cost should make this worth your while.
