You might not have either the right type C cable with data function or your computer port is fried or not data function compatible. !!LAST OPTION IS REALLY BAD!! Your Thumby Color is corrupted, USB port is fried, or your Thumby Color has defective code and needs to be formatted. If one of these issues has occurred I am very sorry for you.

So I've had my Thumby for 5 months now and it's been working great. But today when it ran out of battery I plugged it in and left it alone. Until now it started acting really weird and the only good sign I get is orange light.The screen magnifies then demagnifies and acts like an old CRT tv with no signal. Then it just stopped working and won't turn on. Is there anything I can do to bring it back to life?
