I'm not sure if I've learned anything but I made a 216px wide 1 frame video and it looks like I can see 211px across on my tinytv2? Still curious if any scaling happens at playback if anyone knows on a more technical level

TinyTV & Tiny Video Player / TinyTV 2 - Maximum resolution?
January 14, 2026, 01:12:51 PM
Hi, all of the posts in this forum have been helpful so far as I've been messing around with the tinytv I got as a gift, so thank you all for your help so far. I have a question though that I haven't seen answered anywhere yet.
I saw that the screen resolution is listed in the product specs is 216x135px but the provided conversion software and almost all the guides I saw for manually converting videos converts them to 210x135px.
What happens with the missing 6 rows of pixels - the difference between the listed horizontal screen resolution and the video width? Are they cut-off by the bezel so they just display black? does the video get stretched to fill them? Is it just out of date/inaccurate in the product listing?
I was thinking about generating some videos so mainly wondering if I should set my canvas up to be 216 wide or 210px. Thanks in advance for shedding any light on the topic
