Thinking of creating a drone that would use multiple shields stacked together, with a protoboard on top. When connected to other various shields, would I still be able to use every external connection labeled on the protoboard? Cannot find this on the website or anywhere online, please help.

I have recently purchased a TinyDuino and various Shields, I have become intersested in creating my own drone and am just working on finding somewhere to start. Does anyone know of a good way of going about doing this, or could atleast point me towards a good tutorial?
