Title: Screen not working

Not much else to say, when I turn on the arcade and press a button I can hear sound, just not see anything, on the screen

I've had this happen to me with my first Tiny Arcade, you might want to return yours.
First, though, check if the bootloader text shows. (hold both buttons down and turn it on)

Wow as well, I'm not sure if that's a a damaged OLED or something else- glad you emailed us so we can replace it.
