Does anyone know of a way to have the TinyTV2 automatically turn on when connected to power? I want to incorporate this into a pinball and when the machine turns on I want the TinTV to turn on as well. Thanks.
I am doing the same thing, did you figure it out? How are you powering it from the Pinball?
I have an idea, try using a USB power adapter that automatically turns on the output when connected to mains power. If the TinyTV2 is powered via USB, make sure the USB power is "always on" so the TinyTV2 can turn on automatically.
Do you have a link or example of a USB adapter that auto turns on power? I was hoping that the remote could do it but another post says the remote stops working a few minutes after it's been powered "off due to Yeah this is normal... the settings.txt file has a powerOffSecs parameter that is defaulted to 300 seconds." Is there a setting when it is plugged in then the remote will always work? I want it for pinball too
