TinyDuino Processors & TinyShields / BLE reflashing

So i understand that there are 6 pins (well spots for pins) on the back of the BLE v2 board.
But, what is best practice to access these pins with the CC Debugger.
Solder a header pins on it?
Seems a bit impractical to do this.
Is there a more elegant solution for reflashing?
I assume Ken and team have some kind of 'jig' that the board slides into, gets programmed and then gets removed?
Thanks!
