TinyTV & Tiny Video Player / Converted videos are glitchy

Hello- I love this little tv. I am having trouble with files I am trying to convert on my mac. They are all playing very glitchy. See attached. Happened to different videos all with the same result. They started as mp4s. Any help would be appreciated!
