Having trouble unloading sketches, made some upgrades to pc and new version of Arduino UI.
I have the ASM2001 rev 8 board and am trying to get the GPS working but can't upload sketch.
I am using Arduino 1.8.1 UI
board: Arduino pro or pro mini
processor: ATMega328(3.3v 8 MHz)
port: com3
programmer: AVRISP mkll
it is trying to load at 57k
I get

An error occurred while uploading the sketch
I suspect I have the speed or the programmer or some other tumbler out of place. Any help is welcome.
