Got it worked out. The watch kit is a TinyScreen. I also have TinyScreen+ boards. I got it sorted out. Works Great, Looks really good. Thanks for all the hard work.

I can verify my sketch in Arduino 1.8.5. I can select the board since I see it as a usb board. When I try to upload the code, it fails. It looks like it's setting binary mode etc, but, then just fails to upload. This is following the Smart watch tutorial.
