Tiny Arcade & Pocket Arcade / Tiny Arcade boot issues

I have literally just built my Tiny Arcade and it worked fine. Then I inserted a micro sd card with games on it. Now when I turn it on it says "TinyArcade Bootloader Mode" with or without the sd card.
