TinyDuino Processors & TinyShields / Arduino Debugger Plugin for Visual Studio

It looks like the code debugger available from the Arduino Plugin for Visual Studio Community Edition works with TinyDuino. Can any one confirm this or mention a debugger to use? Also if you use the plugin, do you like it?
