TinyTV & Tiny Video Player / no sound after video conversion

After I converted a video I wanted to use for my tiny tv it had no sound while it was on the tiny tv.
The stock videos had sound playing but not mine.
I even increased the volume on the video before sending it through the converter from tinytvs webiste.
What do I do about this? :'(
