TinyTV & Tiny Video Player / Can't access settings menu & not work remote

I followed assemble tutorial and setup Tiny Video Player.
After setup Tiny Video Player, i can't access settings menu
(follow https://learn.tinycircuits.com/Kits/TinyTV-Tutorial/)
hold in the upper right button while turning the unit on.
not setting menu, just running Tiny Video Player.

And not work remote control.
Push remote button, turn on red led light, but no answer in Tiny TV
So i can't control sound... still LOUD.

What should I do?
