TinyDuino Processors & TinyShields / BLE tinyshield not broadcasting bluetooth signal

I followed the steps contained in: https://tinycircuits.com/blogs/learn/bluetooth-low-energy-tinyshield-st-tutorial

Sadly there is no signal being transmitted. I was able to get the signal test to work however.
