TinyDuino Processors & TinyShields / How to connect the TinyShield Ribbon Cable Extender kit?

Hello, I've recieved my kit and I can't figure out how the connectors are supposed to attach. I'd fiddle with it but it's just so ...tiny. I suspect you have to press on it - there's no instructions I can find. Help!
