Title: Audio Shield driving a speaker advice.

Hello,

I plan to create a speaking plush doll, but would like to double check the range of speakers that this shield can drive and get some input. Datasheet (http://www.st.com/web/en/resource/technical/document/datasheet/CD00001188.pdf)  Is the data sheet I have found, it gives 80ma and upto 32 ohm. What kind of sound quality can I expect from a speaker in this range or what kind of volume? Is this all dependent on the speaker I end up choosing? This is my first adventure into playing sound other then using a piezo.
