Title: BT LE sending data

I've a BT LE shield and I've successfully got my device to advertise. I used the code in the learn page to get started. BTLExplorer detects and shows "My Arduino".

Could you please provide some guidance on how I can send "hello world" data from the arduino? and what monitor I can use to see this data on the receiving side?
