Title: "Motor driver not detected!" ??
Post by: heavyraine002 on April 24, 2017, 06:25:44 PM
Hello

I have a simply stack of USB board, on top of the Motor board, on top of the processor board.

I have uploaded the MotorDriverBasic sketch (https://github.com/TinyCircuits/TinyCircuits-TinyShield_Motor_Library) just as a preliminary test but I keep receiving "Motor driver not detected" on the serial monitor.

I only have two headers soldered into motor 1 and motor 4 but they are not connected to anything. Otherwise, the board is untouched. The processor and usb boards work perfectly with my other sensor board so they are not the problem.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for any help

Jake

This was resolved through support, but if there's a fourth motor output, it's our old 4x motor driver and needs different software compared to the dual motor driver :)
