Title: How can I port Arduboy Games to Tiny Arcarde?
Post by: cmasterdelphi on December 27, 2016, 05:55:45 AM
Hi everybody,

I would like to add more Games to my Tiny Arcarde.
I am not talented in programming at all, but I can do some 'script kiddie' tasks.
Anyway I thought, maybe it is possible (in easy way) to port some of those Arduboy Games to Tiny Acarde.

Maybe someone can help me out with this.

This would be an interesting option for expanding the game library. The games would need to be modified to run on ARM instead of AVR, as well as account for other hardware differences- including a smaller resolution on Tiny Arcade. For that particular reason, it may be easier to start with Gamebuino games(the Gamebuino screen resolution is slightly smaller). Any of this would be pretty involved, but should be possible with the more capable microcontroller in Tiny Arcade.
