I have literally just built my Tiny Arcade and it worked fine. Then I inserted a micro sd card with games on it. Now when I turn it on it says "TinyArcade Bootloader Mode" with or without the sd card.

Mdbook, can you confirm you have the same problem with a micro SD card causing a boot issue like EriktheRed?
We have not heard of this before, so I am hoping people can provide details of the micro SD card used, filesystem type(should be FAT32), operating system used to unzip/load the files- we are not able to duplicate a problem like this but want to solve it quickly.
Thanks,
Ben

I initially had the same problem with an SD card seemingly sending it to the Bootloader screen. I was using a 64 MB (not GB) SD card formatted to FAT16 (perhaps the problem) and I loaded it with Ubuntu 14.04.
After recompiling and re-flashing the Arcade Menu program, the problem appears to have gone away.

Thanks for the info- I'll try to track down a smaller SD card and format it to FAT16 and see if I can reproduce the problem that way.
