Title: Can you charge Tiny Screen battery when switch is off?

Can you charge Tiny Screen battery when switch is off or does the switch need to be on?

Can you use a standard USB phone charger?

5V to the USB port will charge the battery regardless of power switch state. A phone charger will work just the same as connecting to a PC.
