Title: No sound

I have the self assemble model with 3 games.  There is no sound after adjusting the volume control.  Does this sound like a defective speaker or do the games not have sound?

With the preloaded games, I believe only TinyShooter has sound effects- can you move the volume wheel around while pressing the shooting button in that game?
