Title: TinyDuino Processor Board - temperature rating
Post by: tomcUT on July 23, 2013, 04:22:59 PM
I was just curious what the temperature rating is on the processor board, and the shields.  I didn't see anything in the specs.

I'm thinking about setting one up as a datalogger and being outdoors, it could get a little toasty or chilly.

Thanks

Hi Tom,

We do plan on updating the website with more specs, most of the boards are designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40C to +85C), however the processor board itself has two components that fall outside of this range - the reset switch is rated from -25C to 70C and the green LED is rated from -30C to +85C.

Thanks,

Ken

Hmm, we could send one through the re-flow over and see when it fails..
