Title: OPTO isolator board

A breakout for the ILD213T (or similar) Opto Isolator board. A version with transistors to correct logic, and a simple version that allows use of ILD213T as a basic low current relay (for basic switching). An I2C/SPI version to conserve pins? With separate microJST type connectors for each output of the HV/Noisy side to avoid otherwise having to connect through a 0.1" breakout shield.
